In 1992
Carlo Distefano had a vision to open his first restaurant. San Carlo was born, and the rest is history. A passionate family business, that has become one of the leading Italian restaurant groups in the UK.
In 2013.
based upon the venetian style of eating San Carlo Cicchetti took the idea to a new level representing dishes from all around Italy.
